Dorian's locked in moment is after speaking to his father. What are other locked in romance moments?

Hrm for Blackwall I just talked to him a lot and got his approval up via those side "find grey warden artifact" missions and killing Darkspawn and it happened pretty fast. I actually wasn't expecting it, lol, although I obviously could choose to not do it.

For Cass it appears to be after gathering all those romantic items and killing those mercenaries and mages.
