Great.. Now after i installed the new Nvidia driver, the game crashes in almost every conversation cutscene...
I don´t think anything mayor like click to move or a change to a more free, origin-style Tac-Cam will see the light of day. Those things were asked for months and months in advance of release and clearly ignored.
I hope at least the major bugs will be eliminated and people can enjoy what is there.
Has anyone thought of a Facebook campaign to get attention? On that thing you can share posts; post on DA's FB page; create a DA Customer (moral) Support Group Page... The benefit is that it will eventually spin into the media whereas posting on this forum will not. And posts can be deleted here too.... I have noticed.
This forum appears DEAD to Bioware.
I totally agree with you! we want to save this game or not ?!

Are you talking about 344.75? If so, uninstall it and go back to your previous driver. Lots of issues with 75, even outside the game!

didn't you hear gaming it's about fun any more /s
I blame Loghain
it is his fault right?
that is just proganda by Aliaster, he is the real cause of this
why can't bioware do what blizzard did when they ported Diablo 3 to consoles, make a seperate UI and control scheme for PC. Can you image the shitstorm the console people would have if blizzard did what bioware is doing, just transfer the UI and control scheme to gamepads and not created a separate UI and control schreme gamepad

That takes work.
This is a game for kids, it's has been boiled down to just swinging your axe around as fast a possible, button mashing in the process. DA2 was a bad experience, but it was better than this fiasco.
The depth and immersion I got in the first DA was amazing, even without the main protagonist having a voice. Bioware, you have chosen to develop kitty island adventure 9 for ages 10 till 14.
Sure the game looks good, but what does that do if you don't feel connected to the game world, if you dread every fight because you know you eventually only have one option to win it, mash your mouse button as fast as possible.
Why do we even need to change our companions, the skills are so FRUSTRATING limited that I build every companion the same way. I really miss the old system where you had dedicated healers and good skill customization.
You made the wrong choice Bioware, you ignored the community that build you up. But I believe in karma and trust me, the audience on which you focused now will drop you faster than a hot plate leaving you with nothing.
"This is a game for kids"
Right.. killing demons, sex on desk, nudity is for kids. I completely agree with you. /sarcasm
Go buy your stupid witcher 3 then.
That takes work.
obviously,
im sure bioware was so busy with the other things like micro transactions and multiplayer to implement at coherent pc ui and control scheme and they can't waste time on pc peasents they have money to make /s

That's what happened to me .I was able to play almost the whole game and had like 2 or 3 crashes.
Updated the drivers before the end of the game and had a terrible time.
Numerous crashes on cutscenes.
I tried replaying the game , crashed at Haven , decided to stop playing when every cutscene made me nervous.

Roll back your driver to old working one. Follow this path:
My Computer(right click) - Properties - click Device Manager on left side - A list will pop up, right click on "Display Adaptors" Properties
and then Roll Back.
That will restore old driver, but dont do anything during this operation.
I have already pre-ordered my The Witcher 3 so if that makes me stupid so be it.
Yes. Paying 69 bucks for a game that will release in 2015 will make you exactly stupid. No offense.
That game will require maximum System Requirments, and many people cant afford to buy a GTX titan sli.
So you can brag about your game.
Have a nice day.
Had time for multiplayer, not time for a pc UI.

The game is $45 if you have previous games, games is COMPLETELY DRM free from gog, they promised ALL 6 of their dlc will be completely free (and they are big dlc content not skin packs). And their games are super optimized on pc. So ya people aren't stupid for preordering. They are one of the only companies that can be trusted.
I know what I get for preordering bioware games though, a lame "we are working on it", even though most of the problems are design decisions which are clearly not pc friendly and there is NO EXCUSE for such things to be here after launch. Bugs I can understand but totally broken tac cam, tactics, and not even a run/walk toggle on pc. They had time to implement their shitty broken multiplayer but didn't have time to dedicate a few people to make a decent PC version. And don't give me any excuses that they didn't know, anyone with half a brain playing this game with mouse and keyboard would know its outright crap. I can guarantee they threw in their pc version together in the last month or few weeks.

i would rather put faith in CDPR than Bioware; for all the problem the witcher series has had they done for the pc gaming community than any other major AAA developer i have so far, they may not be perfect but their steps above bioware
so what if it will require max system requirements, the lower system requirements for Inquisition still make the game run like ****

I did, too. Maybe the side effects hit with a delay. Try to solve some math-problems on a daylie basis and monitor if there is a decrease in your mental abilities.

this all the way
CDPR is not perfect, but i would sooner sell my soul to the devil than trust bioware again

For having that avatar, I don't see much confidence in your knowledge from recent posts.

Well ok, I'm glad we are getting an update soon. And i'm glad frame rate issues will be fixed during cutscenes, but what about frame rate problems at every other point in the game? I pass the minimum specs(not by much, but still) and all I get I constantly get single frames all the time. Hopefully this will be more optimized in general and not just in the cutscenes.
