I am sorry if someone else has asked already but is anyone else having trouble with the keep since the update? I can't seem to get anything but default state when I create a character even though it says my world state was added already.

Yes, it's a known issue.  They're working on it according to the Dragon Age Keep Twitter account.

Yes, per www.PrincessStabbity.com, there is an issue and they added the disclaimer it's not related to the patch. They also said its fixed. It's not as of 5:47pm CST at my computer.

And now they've just tweeted the following...

Dragon Age Keep @DragonAgeKeep 3m3 minutes ago

The issue from earlier is resolved, & you should be able to export world states again! Please note this was not related to the recent patch.

yep, that's an issue, though, not directly a patch3 one, apparently.

It's still amazing to me that EA support is telling AMD users to use the beta drivers instead of the official omega 14.12 drivers. I'm pretty sure I had posted this discrepancy in a previous post.

So We're not two full months after release and my game is still broke, with no fix offered by BioWare/EA (even though it's easily corrected if they'd open up console commands). 3 patches, more problems than fixes. What really fixed? A couple quests, they added walking to PC, and increased the search function.

In return we get changed voices (cause fixed, but if yours was changed EA says go **** yourself), fps drops, stuttering, aged characters, broken shields, more crashes than a car chase in Grand Theft Auto, and no ****** word for over 30 days after which we get "Yeah, we went on holidays. Hope you enjoyed the game... /snicker"

I was literally thinking about this the other day while I was at the mall. How this game, supposed "AAA" and "GOTY" title... has been sitting on my shelf now for 6 weeks. I anticipated this game for years. I used 75% of my paid vacation to take off to play this game. And it's sitting on the shelf. A disappointment. I feel no need to even finish it. No drive to find out how the story ends. I'm so ****** pissed off at the callous disregard for how shitty this game is compared to what they said it would be, compared to how good this studio has been in the past, that I feel no anticipation any longer.

The only thing I'm curious about? How much money is this piece of dung studio going to charge me when they release the DLC that allows me to change my voice back and continue playing?

We all know it won't be free.

Ohhhhh...

Rolling back the driver. I had the game set to high before. After the patch, it's set to low again. Crap. CRAP! CRAP!!!

Ok... so, you know what really grinds my gears? Senseless patch fixes for things people don't have issues with at the expense of things that really matter...

PC Patch 3 is really quite annoying. Sure, you fixed some good stuff like broken quests. Good for you. You completely ignored things that people ACTUALLY want, like a storage chest, and more than 8 abilities (limiting to eight abilities is possibly the worst choice ever made in the Dragon Age series, even worse than removing dual axe options and in general not showing Dwarves any love at all... "but this forces you to focus on tactics", well then why did you remove the solid tactics options from origins and 2 and replace it with on, off, and spam. I used to be able to setup AI combos like Sleep+Horror=Nightmare and much more. Instead, we get mildly functional cross class "explosion" combos. Tactics, my foot. But I digress... of course I digress, I'm on the internet and clearly love the sound of my own keys... who doesn't? Anyway...) and other important things like maybe not crashing all the time. Conversely, you fix "exploits" that have been coded into every DA game so far that make multiple playthroughs far less tedious ala grinding for crafting materials. How about you focus on what your consumers want instead of your Ogre brained ideas of what are important.

In addition, the game is unplayable without the update because multiplayer, so I have to deal with the annoying changes, with no real benefit... I mean, people talk more... hooray *unenthused*. Dorian and Sera quests trigger properly. Great, but the ten minutes of mild annoyance you saved me doesn't make up for hours of obnoxious components grinding. I would say thanks for the walk toggle, but it's not really worth losing the boon to replayability that is the dupe exploit that has been a part of the ENTIRE SERIES. I'd take all the minor fixes going away to get the dupe back, because I really don't want to grind on tertiary and after playthroughs.

And good grief, would you at least fix the non-functioning bleed abilities?! C'MON!

This is one thing that irks me to no end and it's so simple. I remember DA:O and the majority wanting a camp storage chest and one was made for us very quickly. Not the warden keep dlc, a dev  modded one right quick for the party camp,

sauce, http://social.bioware.com/project/463/

We ask in inquisition and get this,

"Johnson wanted gamers to know that BioWare is very aware that having an item stash is wanted by players but can’t say whether the developer will actually ever add the feature to Dragon Age: Inquisition or not, “We have noticed this is a fan want. Not sure if it will happen, but it has been acknowledged we have seen it.”  "

if they had intended to do this, they wouldnt have made that lame inventory expansion trait. I always knew they were very unlikely to add a storage, because that would make the trait obsolete. You are probably wondering why in heavens name its so important to have those traits and not a storage, which is a very good question, but has bioware been making rational decisions that actually make sense when designing this game? its just another part of their nonsensical design choices.

Honest question... why, just why didn't Bioware just use the same bloody method that the modders have done, as the walk mod works flawlessly with the FPS command line workarounds, and includes both toggle AND hold functions, walk/run AND jog?

Looks like I'll be using CE to play this game forever then.

Dont worry, you will get this eventually on the PartyStash, a brand and exciting new DLC for Inquisition.

"We know people wanted it so we made this new content into a Downloadable. This new DLC will include an exclusive storage for your party, allowing you to relieve epic adventures" - say executive producers.

The PartyStash DLC will be a timed xbox one exclusive, but you can purchase it for 9,99 after a regular month.

"We are excited to present these new kind of content, and more because its community driven" - concludes the executive.

Know what irks me to no end? They have had four years to make this game. Four years. Some of the most basic functions such as walk/ auto attack and a decent taac cam among other things should have come shipped with the game. Instead, we now have to wait on patches for the most basic things. Not to mention the other numerous flaws of the game. I basically paid full price for a mmo in beta.

It would not make it obsolete, I would just have more time actually playing the game before I had to stash things. I hate carrying things around with me that I cannot use for a couple levels or having "valuables" I know that are meant for a quest on my person all the time.

Definitely odd design choices.

Like, picking up bottles of booze that end up on a shelf in skyhold, Which is redundant in my mind, but not having a mechanic to display things like uniques in skyhold, with an access point to either store or take to equip? How cool would it be to have your uniques on display maybe around your throne, at the blacksmith or maybe the undercroft?

Ah well...
