Nexus is a modding site, they have a DA:I ModManager and quite a few mods there, including one that lets you enlarge your inventory.

Here is a link. ;)

ETA: Snap! TobyJake lol!

On the whole boots thing.  I'm pretty sure it's suppose to be mud. The worst implementation of it ever but it seems to be. It also makes the pants that light tan color. After your boots/pants turn to that weird color, step through water for a bit and walk out.  I was pretty disheartened that it was intentional, and not a bug.

Dear Bioware! I love Inquisition  <3  But there are still things I hope to see in a future patch, among these are:

Click-to-move/loot/attack in action cam  (as an option)

Auto-attack in action cam  (as an option)

Zoom out further in tac cam

Navigate tac cam with mouse on screen edge

Tilt tac cam without zooming in

Show interactables always with a toggle, or by holding a button  (larger radius, no ping sound)

Detailed tooltips

Inventory overview

Option to remove/resize minimap

Option to hide buttons on quickbar I never use  (Seach, Timer, Hold, Attack, etc.)

Select multiple companions by clicking character portraits (shift + mouse click)

it is on topic and very relevant since they fix things that Bioware claims are "too complicated" makes you wonder about the competency of staff at Bioware when people can fix things better than Bioware can, in their spare time without access to toolset.

That was my hidden point as well. I'm learning to wield guilt like my Mother or like the Cousland matriach back in Origins.

Conspiracy Theory ALERT!

No. Modding in DAI (and any other game built on Frostbite) is not supported because the engine is just too complex and they make use of 3rd party software plugins and stuff.
The amount of effort that would go into releasing a modding tool is just not worth it to them, business-wise.

The technology in Frostbite is also pretty new so they don't really want to make that available to the public. Understandably.

My conspiracy theory: In a darkened corridor you grope the brick wall tracing the mortar lines as you stumble forward. Ever seeking the comfort of the light at the end. Exhausted in the effort as you reach the end you pause and recompose yourself. You hear a suspicious sound. Cautiously rounding the corner you initially spot a pair of legs but quickly your gaze seizes upon something unnatural. Before you, prostrate, an aberration struggling to breath. Misshaped wheezes escaping its lips, bubbling spittle. When your eyes meet you see the terror of a life mired in uncertainty. Your hand instinctively flies to your mouth to mute your horror. It mutters a barely audible whisper, "k-kill me". You realize it's not complex it is a piteous being in the incandescence. Hidden away down here. Not for unknown reasons but for very obvious ones.

so is there a way to use the cheat engine to get click-to-move all the time? I will put up with any other garbage this game throws at me if I can just click to move.

This is the BIOWARE releasing a game every buggy in late 2014 to win the game of the year award. Indeed, 2014 had no shot put, preferred to launch Dragon Age Inquisition grotesque failure program also in 2014 to try to win as game of the year ... were smart in 2015 they did not have a chance against The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, this yes is a developer who values the players!

Sorry about my bad english... but my game is crashing constantly

Good thing the players have made their own modding tool that is continually getting better with more and more features then, isn't it?

They did it for free, too. Take that, "the man".

You know I'd be frustrated by the fact that apparently development of the first DA:I DLC is now underway and will still have no timeline for fixes to things like the Directx crash. But, I'm too busy chowing down on some home made egg fu yung with pork shoulder that I slow roasted for 5 hours.  So I'm just going to post the link I found and continue to eat.

Honestly the first DLC was probably in the works before the game even released.

Another GOTY award and an indeterminate - read: not any time before summer (fixes included) - ETA on when the Xbox gets DLC.

I'll try and work up giving a shite by then - or maybe a month after that.

Nope, according to Mark Darrah they just stated developing dlc and didn't have any concrete ideas for dlc before release outside of supporting DA:I mp.

You know what? I am down with the 30-day delay. Because Youtube and other gaming sites (the ones that aren't full of fluff or pandering to developers) will reveal what fixes are going to be needed. I'm still not buying anything until we get an apology (which will never come) or until it's in the bargain bin. I don't want to play Witcher or any other game. I just want this game, with all it's crappy design flaws and all the good stuff watered down to make the console market happy, to work. That's all. GOTY. BIG F-U to those critics that didn't test this on PCs.

That's a good tack to take.  I'm looking at it like this, though - why would I care four, five months from now?  Indeterminate next secret patch, indeterminate DLC for the Xbox, indeterminate amount of fooks given.  How many months to wait for a working game are reasonable?  This summer? Next autumn?  Nice and shiny new DLC for the next Xmas rush?

Why should anyone struggling with this failure of a 'game' give a damn at all?  We know how they feel about the port, we can easily see the airy dismissal and thinly-veiled disdain they have for us when they lower themselves to tell us anything, considering that the last two posts from anyone in position amounted to basically telling us how we needed to keep the toxic stink down and they'd throw us a bone when they felt like it.

"Indeterminate".  Just another way of saying "sit and spin on it".

Same for me. With unlimited zoom i can play the game at least. I dont get why EA limited the zoom to such a ridiculous low, since there dont appear to have any drawbacks on the engine itself. It scalates.

Hm..

I don't play MP myself but I believe it's not neeeded there. The game's designer(s) never really focused much on the Single Player portion of the game.

Strange that a "undisclosed number of people" have just been laid off at EA's Montreal division........... unlikely to be related but ya never know

The HOTAS I ordered for  Elite Dangerous is all set up now, the question is - will my interest in DA:I stand up to the temptation of barrel rolling through the galaxy pew-pewing at pirates? Hmmm...there's banter on demand, my quizzie is really hawt and it'd kind of fun now...

I guess I can play both, right? :P

Have you tried this HOTAS controller setup?

Perhaps, capitulation to our "PC demands" is perceived by management and game architects/designers that they dumped a big whopper.

I wish to avoid stepping on that myself.

Don't forget a possible licensing restriction with regards to 3rd party tools. Meaning Bioware licensed 3rd party tools for themselves and can't make them available to us. Which proves management never really thought it through, from the very beginning.

Yes,  good choice!!

Alas,  @Hexoduen,  giving in to such obvious game improvements is a public acknowledgement that management and game architects are severely suffering from consolitis miopis.

If a DLC is in actual development, this may impact any game changing "re-architecture". You simply cannot do the two in parallel.

This problem has a simple binary solution set.

1.  Cement all the PC improvements and get them done. Result? DLC is delayed.

2. Get the DLC out first, then worry about possible PC "improvements".

My money is on the DLC. There is no value to EA in choosing #1.

Depends on what you want.

Recolors for the Skyhold PJs/ casual cloting Nexus

Wear equipped armor in Skyhold - Cheat Engine.

Hair and face, Nexus

Fix banter Cheat Engine

Unlimited items for crafting, in inventory, in shops, God Mode, Unlimited camera zoom and a lot more depending on the codes or table you use all Cheat Engine.

Personally I prefer CE with a good table that does all I MIGHT want it to do. I can toggle what it actually does on or off as I wish in my game and, if one of those things is ever fixed by EA, I can still use my other preferences and simply not toggle what was fixed on. I also prefer armor in Skyhold as opposed to recolored PJs and, I like that as a side effect of that one, helms stay on during cutscenes if they are equipped on the characters involved in the cutscene.
