Day 2 and about 20 hours of talking on the phone with EA support and still no one can provide any help. The game constantly crashes to desktop after character creation, right after the loading screen going into the prison scene, and provides no error message..
I want to be able to play the product that I paid 60 dollars for. For the love of Andraste, fix your broken game.
I think first off, you'll get more responses if you posted this on the DA:I forums. I'm certain there's a thread there regarding this very issue. Not sure if anybody has solved it though.
I do not own DA:I so I'm afraid I cannot offer any informed responses except to look into the DA:I section.
