Bioware, say your prayers. You made Dragon Age 2 awful. You didn't learn from your mistakes from that when you made DAI.
DAI is a total mess. I am very sad, Don't make Dragon 4...remake a playable DAI for PC gamers. PLEASE !!

Have to settle for liking your post, I guess.
Agreed. I can't even get passed character creation without it crashing to desktop.
I paid 60 dollars for a paperweight and a preorder for a game I probably won't be able to play for another month, since clearly they haven't figured out what's causing the problems yet since they haven't even bothered to acknowledge that a problem exists.
This has been the ONLY game in the history of my pc gaming that has literally just not worked.
Hahaha no. This post is stupid as hell. First:
While I do see many people who are upset with certain parts of the game, the vast majority seem to enjoy it. A lot. So I doubt there will be many "Prayers" at BioWare HQ.
Second... you do realize making a weird, whiny, and pleading post that is both entirely made up of your opinion and also devoid of basic grammatical English won't change anything, right? If you don't like DA:I, return it and move on. Whining at BioWare and comparing it to DA2, which to me was a very pleasant experience on PC, won't help you or anyone. If your issue is more to do with bugs/crashes, then fine, it's reasonable to want a working product as long as you're sure it's not a problem on your end. Even then, saying that DA:I is not a good game and comparable to the mainstream view of DA2 (a lot of people think the entirety of DA2 sucked ass) is an unfair judgement when you haven't played a working copy.
As usual, please disregard this post if my assumptions about this thread / your views are incorrect.

Also, your criticism is pointed toward the PC version of the game, therefore making your judgement of the entire game unfair given that the console versions (and/or PC with a gamepad) seems to work fine AFAIK.
Except for the countless numbers of us who bought the game instore and already installed it: thus we can't return it and are stuck with a piece of broken plastic.
I have the PC version and the game LITERALLY doesn't play. And this is after 2 days of EA support where I was ultimately left with a " Yup, we have no clue what is going wrong. Your pc should be able to handle this game marvelously. Well, I guess you can go **** yourself. Cause you've got a broken game."
Just because you enjoy it doesn't mean there isn't a ton of us out here that still can't even get passed character creation without it crashing WITHOUT an error message. The game is flat out broken for some of us.

Been seeing lots of entitled posts from people lately, reminds me of the huffy spoiled schoolkid that crosses his arms and throws a fit because he can't have cake before dinner. Look lots of games come out that have bugs in them that slip through the cracks, that is why there are things called patches that are downloaded for free that make the problems go away. Anyone with a modicum of understanding of how video games work knows this and is expecting a Day 1 patch as well as future updates to fix/update issues to make the experience better. When will the patches be available for DAI I can't say, but the devs are working on it for sure.
They should not have released the game to PC users with all these issues. I would have been much more happy waiting and getting a game I can use on PC. I didn't buy a console or a hybrid game, I want a functional keyboard and mouse PC game. I am not entitled, I work my axx off to have a nice PC, with razor mouse and keyboards and 4 monitors, i like my system. I bought the game on PC to use it on my system. If I am pixxed becasue there are so many issues, then that is not me being whiney or entitled.
Is it really entitled that we are mad we can't play a game that we paid for even when we meet all the requirements? Maybe. But you would be to if you DIDN'T have an option to return the damn thing. ANY other product you buy in a store can be returned upon realization that it is broken. This, however, is one of the few things that you CAN'T return. We are FORCED to keep a broken product that we have paid for with absolutely NO assurance from the developer that the problems will get fixed. We want communication and some ounce of sympathy from their end.
Call us entitled while you get to be happy playing the product you paid for, that's cool.

There are issues on ALL of the platforms, that means 360, PS3, XBONE, PS4, and yes PC. We have all worked hard to get the game and are all experiencing issues, the best way to get it through to Bioware is to make a post about the issues rather than make boisterous threats/claims. No one cares if you stop playing and/or this was BioWare's last chance to impress you. Exploiting, addressing and fixing the issues plaguing the games is the only thing that matters right now.

And yet they haven't acknowledged them whatsoever. All we have gotten is a silent "They might be working on them." But without a list of problems they are currently addressing, we have no idea if our specific problem will be addressed any time soon. How am I to know that this will be fixed within a week? Two weeks? Will it take a month for them to address it? I don't know because the communication between Bioware and fans has been limited and subpar. Stop defending these awful customer service practices. This is the ONLY game I've ever bought that has given me this amount of trouble and it has certainly been the only one with this amount of awful customer communication.

you know, in the SNES era you didn't have to wait to play a game, neither download and when a game was released was almost bug free (except some weird cases) and also you don't have to deal with stupid ea servers regressing your download to 8 or 10 gigs unless you watch the numbers and set "read only" on those archives that are completely downloaded. Is not about not having cake for dinner, is about going to sleep with an empty stomach.

Look I'm not saying you can't make raving angry ALL CAPS posts, I'm sure Bioware knows you're all very angry and is concerned about it, but maybe if you haven't already you could post the actual issues like in this thread (http://forum.bioware...-and-solutions/) then hopefully a mod can merge all of the other bug reports scattered about and more people will post and we can get a resolve that much quicker. Remember there are game-breaking bugs affecting all of us, not just PC users or those who pre-loaded -- my game has crashed several times already possibly because its causing my 360 to overheat. That's why we all NEED to post our experiences with bugs & issues in that thread and make it be known otherwise we're yelling/typing angrily at no one.

At least you get to play your game.
For us PC users, some of our games are entirely unplayable passed character creation... like mine.
I'd Tap the Dislike on this post.
The game runs for me and it Looks Astonishing.
There's so much Rage and Hatred cause of the issues lots of people are having and I would be in the same boat if it didn't work for me.
I had a bad issue with DAO after i Bought on steam and Origins($30 each) and kept getting an error that wouldn't let me start the game up. Finally after 3 days of complaining and re installing I reformatted and it fixed my Issues.
WHAT I'm trying to say is more then likely with the amount of people Running flawlessly with the SAME specs as everyone having issues, Maybe, Just Maybe its your Computer? I know there's probably some technical errors on their side too but everyone's always blaming the game makers when most times its our own machines faults... I'm more then likely wrong but hey who isn't?
Maybe take it to a tech or reformat and see if that fixes. I've read a few Threads saying that fixed their issues. Worth a shot IMO

If you consider micromanaging your play time by monitoring how many minutes/hours you've played then shutting it off for an hour or two OR save every other minute out of fear of a freeze to be enjoyable then sure. Seriously, it's kicking the crap out of my 360's fan -- it's like, uninstalled Skyrim or Fable III grinding bad.

Umm. I'm not about to reformat my entire harddrive for one game.
Second, this isn't a HDD problem if BF4 works flawlessly on my system. (Same engine, if you wanted to know.)
This is clearly a problem on their end as I have found that many people online, all running varying specs and gpus, are experiencing the very same issue with crashing after the intro.
No one should EVER be forced to reformat a harddrive for a game.

There are actual laws that govern the return and exchange of physical entertainment mediums at retail locations (though, if you scream loud enough, some managers may choose to ignore the law at risk of a fine of several hundred dollars to their store). This is why you can't return a movie or CD (if you still buy those antiquities) to a store once it's opened. For once, it isn't the publisher.

Edited my post to acknowledge problems on PC right after I posted the original - you must be the Flash because your reply was quick xD.

This is sort of what I was trying to say - raging and threatening to stop buying from Bioware isn't going to fix your game or change anything really. If you think the game being this bugged at release is unacceptable, regardless of what they do in the future to fix the problem (I'm 99% sure the problem will be solved at some point in time), then fine, stop buying. You are well within your rights as a customer to do so. However, having a rant and warning BioWare to "say their prayers" is useless and frankly stupid. If you want to help solve the problem, this surely isn't the way to do it.
Also, customer service is rarely ever good, in any service. Now, for a game that was released yesterday, with all sorts of problems only just having been discovered? Customer service is hardly equipped to solve anything yet, however stupid that sounds. I admit, I am sort of confused why BioWare never encountered such problems before release, but tbh, as long as the bugs are fixed promptly I think everything should be fine. Consider it... something of a delayed release. My heart goes out to all of you who can't play Inquisition with the rest of us.

What is your system specs ?
Well, those people saying this game feels like a single player MMO have it right in a way: the forums look exactly like that of a random MMO. Completely filled with entitled, whining little *bleeps*
Well... ironically, it'd probably help to play DA:I a bit. Just like not ALL mages are bloodmages/demon-lovers, and not ALL templars are brutish thugs, not ALL BW customers are 'whining little *bleeps*' for expecting a somewhat enjoyable user experience, and not ALL BW has done is money-grabbingly evil. Yes, controls are rubbish, but there's a lot of stuff I absolutely love about DA:I.

go back to playing the game then since its working perfectly for you. I swear its cause people like you games launch in such a bad state cause you defend companies like they are your parents or something. People noticed many of these issues before launch and all people like you said were "wait till launch", now its "you are entitled" or "wait till patch every game is broken at launch". When patches fix nothing or take months to come all you will say is "wait till next game".
