For those who claim to didnt get the bug, can you all please clarify if you used the default voice for your Inquisitor? This seems to be the point of study, does this bug only happen when you change the default voice for your Inquisitor + Customizing the Champion.
Thanks for letting us know you didn't get the bug, but help us out figure out how exactly this bug is brought about and how to avoid it.

Unfortunately it has to do with a major spoiler. I'll try to be as discrete as possible, but this bug causes your Inquisitor's voice to change for the rest of the game. You'll go from English to America, or vise versa.
After you finish the first Act of the game, you'll get to a point where you will meet somebody and you have the option to use their default face, or customize their face first before you meet em. DO NOT choose customize. This will cause your Inquisitor's voice to change. Reloading your save won't fix it either, unless you reload a save previous to when you meet said person. I have experienced this bug as well as many others.
Just a fair warning.
Actually I think this is on PC too...my elf's voice started sounding off after that

Again, did you use the default British voice for your elf in character creation or did you go with the American voice?
This is the critical information.
Used default, bug didn't happen.

Are the defaults Henry & Alix? I used Alix for my Inquisitor.

Didn't happen for me either, but one time (I was very unhappy with all my custom faces for THIS PERSON... mostly related to me being picky about hair. So I kept reloading) all dialogue complete cut out. MY PS4 had also been running for 24 hours at the time... so after a reboot, everything was fine.

I used default. However, default for me was North American.
