So I recently received my copy of DA:I; and like most ppl I used the Keep to create my custom world state for the game. So I start the game like normal and it asks me to log in with my origin account. I log in and get to the character setup, then the prompt for the ''Import custom world state from DA Keep" shows up. I click yes, but it loads "Default World State".. My world state is named "Main World State".. Did I do something wrong? My PSN and origin account are under the same e-mail. I also did the whole exporting thing on DA Keep right(with the green check mark), I think. Also, on the Keep; it says Linked Personas Xbox:0 PSN:0 PC:1. Maybe it's not linked properly? The time stamp is also a day ahead. I really wanna play the game, but can't because I really want to import my Custom world state. Anyways, all/any replies will be greatly appreciated...

Thanks!

Hi wordsmyth360 -

The name "default" you see means the world state wasn't imported for some reason - the data you list for Linked Personas means it is probably due to your Origin and PSN accounts not being linked together.

Can you try linking the accounts again, using the steps at http://help.ea.com/c...ic-screen-name/?  If that doesn't work, you would need customer service to tell you which email your PSN is tied to, since it would be associated with another Origin account - in that case, you could share the world state to the second account, using the steps at http://help.ea.com/en/article/dragon-age-keep-on-the-wrong-origin-account/

Hopefully that helps :)

Hi Brian Mills

So it says on my Origin Account that I actually don't have any ''Connected Accounts''. And when I try to connect my origin with my PSN

(using the add a friend feature) It says ''Oops…that account has already been linked to a different Origin ID. To review your linked accounts, select Account and Privacy from the Origin menu.'' So I guess I have to contact customer service to verify which account my PSN is connected to. How do I contact them? Do I go to help.ea.com and ask there? Sorry this is my first time dealing with Origin, so I'm not sure.

Anyways, thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. Hopefully I find the solution soon.
