I'm impressed. You have almost as good equipment as I do - only missing the Sulevin (but you have the Caliban which I dont) and a few op rings and amulets. You also have more than 100 less in prestige..
Interesting.
I want to swap my Walking Death with Wicked Grace if I ever get it. Instead I have three blade of the red birth.....
I would also really recommend % to heal on the Fury of the Veil... if you can get it up to 8-9% it is just sooo good.
found after 450k gold

All I want is the 23 unique staff grrr and I keep getting this garbage =P
Man I screwed up so badly... wasted a ton of materials on two-handed weapon crafting because I kept getting better weapons out of chests today. The good thing is I've got Slayer the Greataxe.
Why am I not getting ANY Superb runes? Is it because I'm only 149 prestige?

I need that mace for my legionaire and templar. I have caliban and the firm tournament axe but the mace still eludes me.
Now I'm jealous. My prestige is around 250 and I don't even have a worthy unique item to brag about except Agony (level 20 dagger).
Sometimes you really have to hate RNG based games.
I got a crapload of low level uniques though.... yey!
Garbak, I estimate that the large chest droprate of a level 20+ weapon may be somewhere between 1/25 to 1/75 chests. If it is 1/50 chance, someone in the lower 15 percentile of luckiness would not even get a 20+ unique after a drought of over 100 chests. Someone in the lower 2% wouldn't get one after a drought of over 200 chests.
In other words, a lot of people will play this game, hoping to get some phats... but... if they happen to be unlucky, they can be seriously trolled. Whoever came up with this loot system and probabilities should be utterly ashamed of themselves, especially after how well ME3MP addressed the issue.

That weapon is definatly not garbage.
That is quite the beast if i may say so, sad upgrades tho, specially that rune ![]()
You guys are all speaking gibberish to me.
I can't find good staffs to save my life.

Keeper: "I've never had a good staff in my life!"
Elementalist: "Your clan must not produce very good ironbark, then."
Just came across this beauty:

I have a mace (dunno the name) with something around 280 damage, a bunch of nice supplementary stats, and a chance to cast chain lightning at 50% weapon power. When I get home I'll post the exact weapon, but that's the only 23 one hander I've seen. Also, a shield called mage hunter that has 12% magic defense, 8% spirit defense, and 3 guard on hit. Its a fun combo, when chain lightning proccs (which is a lot).
I have one similar, but I can't understand: When exactly it heals you?

This bow is amazing, deals 3 hits with one attack, try using Maximum shot, it's a 3 K.O with one attack!!

+28% critical chance
+ 5% damage bonus for every enemy within 8 meters
I've got some pretty stuff from each category.
Shields
Daggers
Staff
One Hand
Bows
And finally 2 handers

... 300k spent and I have yet to get even 1 level 23 unique weapon/shield.

480k spent and no 23 unique. I don't mind that I don't have any best weapon after 480k, but I do mind that there is a significant chance that I won't ever get it after 1kk gold, whereas in ME3MP system, after the same amount of effort for 480k or 1kk I would very likely at least have rank 1/10 to 3/10 of the best weapons.
What are you guys spending 480k on? I have a ton of the good items in this thread and I've spent nothing but time..
Hey I'm wondering about bows.
I've had the Longbow of the Griffon for a while now, 147 damage (168 DPS) 11% armor penetration, 42% attack, fires 3 shots.
But I just got the Firm Winged Longbow which is level 23 common, but it does 151 DPS with 27% armor penetration. Now I'm unsure about this bow because I've tested other weapons with armor penetration and it doesn't seem to make as much of a difference as raw DPS, and what I've read in threads on the forum confirms this.
What do you guys think? Should I use one of my Superb runes on the Griffon or is there a better bow out there?

maybe I'm just a lucky SOB, but I'm sitting on about a dozen superb runes.
As for bows, the longbow of the griffon is probably still your best bet for 1 big reason. +42% attack.
It's supposed to give your abilities 42% additional weapon damage. So instead of say 200% weapon damage on an ability, you're doing 248% weapon damage.
It also has some armor pen on there as well.
As another side note, each shot on the longbow of the griffon does (for you) 147 damage + bonuses. At point blank, you can hit the same target with all 3 shots. Or if even 1 shot connects with another enemy, you've significantly outdamaged your lvl 23 common.
