So I bought a physical copy of the deluxe edition for the PS4 and have already entered the redeemable code on the PSN. However, the chest as to where I'm supposed to get my Flames of the Inquisition armor and weapon hasn't shown up at Haven and I only got the Bog Unicorn and Red Hart mounts. I also can't seem to download the game's soundtrack.

I already restarted the game twice, but the chest and the other mount still hasn't shown up. Any info as to how to fix this would be nice.

I've heard mounts show up in skyhold? And the special gear comes in a box called special requisition. In the house in Haven.

The mounts show up at the war table all at the same time, but in my copy of the game only the operation for the bog unicorn and the red hart showed up but not for the armored mount. As for the equipment it's supposed to be a chest called special deliveries that's supposed to be available at Haven as soon as the prologue is finished but it doesn't appear in my game.

Is the flames armor and weapon supposed to be one piece of dragon armor and a dragon weapon?

I've got the same problem as the OP. My PS4 says that the content is installed, but when I open the box in Haven that's on the floor, all that's in there is some ordinary loot. I started the game again hoping for a different result but the same thing again.

Thanks for any thoughts on how to solve this problem.

i just restored my licences on psn and when i started the game the chest was there. but the mounts  i think we get later in the game

What do you do to restore your licences on PSN? I just bought a PS4 so I don't know about things like that.

Is the chest labelled special deliveries? The chest the girl drops isnt the chest you nee to grab to get the arms and armor. Just click L3 and itll highlight the right box in the building you wake up in. As for the mounts, Red Hart, Bog Unicorn, and Armoured Horse all showed up on the War table at the same time. After I got a horse from Dennet in the Hinterlands.
I dont have the soundtrack either so I cant help with that.

There was no chest in the first place. I've searched Haven a lot of times and it never appeared.

The soundtrack was apparently not working for anyone. But it finally did work for me last night.

What do you do to restore your licences on PSN? I just bought a PS4 so I don't know about things like that.

I restored licenses but still no gear. Any other ideas for me? Even though it said installed should I try and reinstall the code again?
