i can still click and the spot shows up on ground and  PC will move there but i just can t see it anymore. and the game being so much Dependant on the pointer I'm almost rendered useless without a visual   of where it is. I'm right at the last gate before the arch demon . but don't dare attempt to even try to fight  it  as is

any help would be grateful thanks

Happened t me on my third or fourth playthrough but a reboot fixed it. I just assumed it was because my computer had been running for two weeks and my page file was getting kind of clogged up.

Please do not create the equivalent of duplicate threads when you are unhappy with a limited response to a thread!

Weekends are always slow for answers, and overloaded for questions. The symptom sounds like a corrupted driver file, or failing graphic device. Start with a video driver change.

this is my third play through there is nothing wrong with a driver or my top of the line video card it came about the same time the servers was overloaded

please dont tell me what to do unless you work for bioware . i changed the wording in hopes that it would be better understood

Well, the servers don't have any impact on your game so that must be coincidental.

Go through the basic steps of things that generally cause cursor problems with games:

1) Disable any windows themes

2) Disable mouse trails

3) Disable screensaver

4) Re-install directx

5) Try windowed mode
