So I haven't quite managed to figure it out--even after over 20 hours in game but I'm at a point where I'd like to purchase, say, ten Ram Leather. As it stands, I have to double click ten times. If, in the same trip, I'd like to also purchase twenty Fennec Fur or whatever else is available, I'd have to then double click another twenty times. Just clicking "Buy" however many times doesn't work as it seems to reset the selection in the shopkeeper screen. I can sell multiples of items (from 0 - however many I have) but I still haven't quite figured out how to purchase multiple, if I even can.
I guess I'd just like to see a "buy multiple items" option, or even a key I can press while purchasing. Ctrl, Alt, and Shift don't work and I'm unable to find any information that this has already been implemented.
Love the game, but this might get tiresome after awhile...the double clicking. Of course, I could just buy a quieter mouse.
