Does anyone know where it is? i tried the bookstore but it wasn't there, nor was it near either cassandra or cullen?

nvm i found it, for those who are having trouble finding all the books though, the champion one is next to blackwalls chair in his shed, the reaver is next to the spot where Bull sits, and the Templar is in the upstairs of the room to the right of cassandra
Ok so the quest requires the book, 3 broken philters and 30 embrium and then says to gather philter materials... what does gather philter materials mean? I went back to Ser and he just said I already have the task... so what do I do now
Must be a bug I've looked all over the tavern for the reaver book
