[Neuromancer]

I try and use the skill and sometimes it just ends up being a red icon that lasts literally as long as I wait until I drag the skill off my skillbar and back on in the P menu screen. I can try and click it and try and dispel it but nope... doesn't work.

I am going insane from this, I LOVE Blizzard but this is getting downright upsetting :/

Does anyone have a fix to this?

This bug with Blizzard occurs when you run out of mana while the effect is active (and you don't cancel it). The Cancel Blizzard skill doesn't work because there is no Blizzard to cancel, and you can't cast Blizzard because the Cancel needs to be used first.

The best thing to do is just cancel the skill yourself prior to hitting 0 mana. If it does occur, then at the next opportunity just save-load, which resets the skill and makes it usable again.
