To be fair, I have only played somewhere between 15 and 20 games. I haven't completed a single one so I am a little salty in this department. What is really eating away at me is this forced class Trinity and how its effecting the match making system. The first 6 or 7 games I hopped in on was in the midst of people discussing who was going to tank. The next few games were people kicking others for unwillingness to tank. The last 10 or so games I played I opted to tank, knowing next to nothing how the system worked. It was rocky but I figured it out and its just irritating. So far I enjoy the single player mode, but when I hop into Multiplayer I am met with a broken mess. ME3MP was leagues better than this.
Truthfully I am hoping someone will read this and correct me, or point to something I am missing because as of right now this MP system is just something else.
Edit: I'd also like the ability to Mute my mic. For some god awful reason when my buddy and I try playing together, the DAI client muffles our mics so we are forced into using teamspeak to talk.
Maybe its just me but this Multiplayer mode is lacking

I hear farmville is fun, you should check it out.
I'm sorry that you think 4 archers should be a recipe for success. You're wrong.
Do you play single player without a tank?
Is it easy?
In me3mp did you notice how everyone wanted to play infiltrators?
Did you notice how groups with 3+ infiltrators usually failed?
Do you remember how much MORE content was added over time to me3mp?
What exactly were your expectations here?
If you havnt completed a single match yet, have you ever thought that MAYBE -you- are doing something wrong? Within 5 matches I was carrying groups on routine.
I could go on.

Although routine is possible to complete without a tank in this, the 2 harder modes are much harder to succeed without one.

Depends on the Infiltrators. One of them was a dps, and a tank, and a healer, all wrapped up in one
Also: Get on my level.

This attitude is almost exactly why the few matches I've been able to get in have failed miserably. The game has been out for what, 2 days? People are going to newb it up for a bit, get used to it.
To answer your question, no. My issue isn't that you need to play the game 'properly', its that it forces you into playing roles you aren't interested in playing for another person's enjoyment.
I was a regular Platinum ME3MP player. I shouldn't have to tell you that class choice was largely irrelevant in anything Gold or below. 4 infiltrators would steamroll anything below Platinum. Considering for a moment that either the Quarian or Salarian Infiltrators could solo Gold modes with minimal effort I'd say you're speaking out of your ass.
If you want to be a jackoff, take it somewhere else. If you want to offer some constructive advice, I'm all ears.

It's trial and error my friend. Just keep working at it. Me and a friend have almost managed to two man a routine now, getting as far as just before zone 5 (got tore up by a Pride Demon). When we were going to go again however, our trial expired and now we have to wait for the release of the game over here (today!).
Practice makes perfect, quitter attitude makes nothing. Back on the horse soldier ![]()

So basically you're saying that you can't find a group of 3 online buddies and agree that on round X you'll be the tank, and on round Y it will be another guy?
They didn't lie when they said communication is a key to success in this game.

I blame the PUGs, the same kinda fools who camp an extraction on GOLD everytime. Are there more braindead PUGs now or is it just me? People running by tresaure rooms, no exploring and pulling a Leroy Jenkins on every fight... and losing.
PUGs... stop and smell the roses, do some exploration, fall back when you get overwhelmed and get the enemies in choke points (doorways, etc.).

1. No he is upset that he joined a lobby and 3 twats whit DPS chars asked him to be a tank or get kicked. Btw the way you speak you may have been one of them.
2. I hear CoD is good for screaming raging teens - you may wona check it.
3. No. In fact biotics were preferred due to massive AoE dmg on combos.
4. Maybe if you were one of them 4 inf that would explain it.
5. Please do go on.
Was i as big of an arse as you ? Did you love it ?
Anyhow. Op give it time.
For one a lot of players are still struggling whit the game itself ( crashes, lag , rubber banding ). Also right now we dont have tested and proved builds to go whit. We have basic gear mostly, the mobs are still unknown so often players are doing stupid stuff to a mob that is resistent to said stupid stuff ect. ect.
As time go on i think "bronze" and "silver" will become the fun mode much like ME3 MP and most of the players will relax considerably to the point that the thing that haunt you right now will disappear.
For now i can mostly offer you to stay positive. From the players you end up been in a PuG - keep an aye out for the good players. Send a friend request and after few days you should have a good list of really good players to make a proper games - thats what i did in ME and it worked perfectly.
Also having a TS server is great as it will allow you to proper communicate unlike the current voice com in the game ( BioWare were is my damn push to talk ? ).

LOL Nice sarcasm there.
The infiltrators were the be all and end all classes for ME3MP.
Once you had good guns, that was all you needed if ludicrous damage outputs.
Infiltrators could do everything.

1) It is very early in the game to assemble a reliable friends list.
2) Even with friends you may be pigeon holed into a roll you do not favor.
In MEMP, even early on you by no means needed any one class to succeed.
The person has a relevant observation/beef at this time. Very few classes to start, a received or real cookie cutter group that requires a tank, a mage and an archer and then one of something else.

Maybe if people weren't idiots online, strangers would actually trust mic users instead of muting on first sight.

There's only 3 classes and 3 maps. New stuff will take much longer to unlock because of the strict role requirements and anti soloing ability. With no cover and no shields, too reliant on teammates
