Hello,

 

I have reached a point in the story where I have gotten to skyhold. However when I try to start the mission to recruit Iron Bull, I cannot find the messenger to start the quest. He is also not on the map. Does anyone know where to find him? Did I fail to do something in the quest?

Krem (his second-in-command) normally shows up outside the Chantry in Haven (but this is before Skyhold. I'm not sure how it works if you're already at Skyhold....

If you are in Skyhold, he'll show up in the Tavern.
