I have found the skulls and the bloodstone but I cannot find the book.
I went to val royale or whatever it is called but none of the merchants sell to me. I did find a stand that sells book but it wasn't among them.
I thought Dolorian might have it but he is not in Skyhold where his marker says he should be.
The books not in my inventory anywhere.
Does anyone know where I find the book to unlock this skill?
