I feel like an idiot but I have been trying to complete this silly mission to become a Tempest for about an hour and I am running wildly around storm coast and finding nothing, Can anyone please help me? I know I am just missin the obvious, but I have wasted precious DAI time!

Same here, I just need a single essence containment apparatus filled, but there are no more demons left in the Storm Coast to kill. I either screwed something up or I'm completely missing the obvious. Probably the latter.
