I know it's way to early to be asking about this,, but what's been everyone's take on this? I've gotten a few purples only to be screwed by RNG with a high lvl white to the point where I don't even look at purples anymore.

I hope they adjust purples just so they're always high level due to their rarity.  Only got one but at least it was pretty good, my friends weren't so lucky

Ive gotten a level 14 (more or less) rendor twice.  Neither compares to the level 22 mace my reaver now wields.  Really, level is dominant.

I have much better results with higer lv/low rarity items than opposite,but I got only rare stuff so far.

a level 5 blue is basically a level 6 green or level 7 white in disguise, etc

 

just add one or two levels for each color up, etc

 

so a level 10 white is still better than a level 7 blue.  just because it is blue doesn't mean it should be better than every white, etc

 

also:  get on my level, etc

Just look at the rarity for getting salvage.
