Cant find the last location for the aspostate mage cache that can supply blankets for refugees. I'm missing the spot that's near Dwarfson Pass/Speaker Anise's location. I can't find a way to it. It's all mountain in that area. Any help is appreciated.

I dont remember that exact point but that quest is a search the area quest, you dont have to go to the middle of the marker, it could be on the very edge of the purple area.
