So I take it no disc unreadable error fix with patch 6?

 

It fixes mostly quest related stuff that I didn't even know were problems. And some PC stuff like always.

Hi everybody, I keep seeing replies to the thread lately, but have been too depressed by it to check. And now I just saw Mark Darrah discuss the newest DLC that has camps on trees. And I decided to check if there's any change in our situation by any luck.

Back to Borderlands then...

 

Keep toying with idea of saving for a new console but with what I'm hearing about D.Age on new gen too I'm not too convinced.

I will never buy anything first hand from them or EA again.

I actually just got Borderlands 2 on a Steam Sale. It's so good! I regret not getting it sooner...

Jeez, so do I! Damn, the first ME is still missing (got something like 800hrs in that one  )

 

I have to say that I have been too scared that the new patches (5 & 6) break something else so I haven't downloaded them but the feedback has been quite mixed as usual, hence there is really no definite answer to that.

 

PS - PB. is that the presequel or one of the earlier ones? I love them all but and the presequel is really fun 'cause, ya know, stairs  I'm planning to get the new Claptrap DLC very soon, just need to complete Deus Ex HR for the umpity time.

So I'm guessing that this has been brought up in the thread before, and I would search for it but I'm not sure the right terms to use would be.

 

I'm playing on ps3. I bring up the radial menu, or the other menu, whatever it's called, and I press circle to exit the menu, but then my character uses whatever ability I have mapped to the circle button as soon as I exit. Has this happened to anyone else? It is very frustrating, especially when it gets me involved in a fight that I did not want to start. It used to happen a lot in the beginning when I played but then suddenly just stopped when I got a new controller... and now it's happening again. I think this is just faulty programming on Bioware's part. Is there a way to fix this, or do I just have to put up with it again?

Every time I get to Skyhold the first time everything breaks. Can't speak to Cullen because his cut scene freezes. Tons of random freezing while walking around which leaves me to shut down my system which has distorted my saves. It's an absolute mess.

Has the text problem been fixed yet? All the freezes and such? Those were the most insufferable.

Hi guys, I did dragon age inquisition a while ago. I will give a run down through the glitches/bugs and experiences.

 

* Texture pop ins

 

* Skyhold takes ages to load sometimes

 

* Came across a sound issue where the game worked but no sound

 

* I had to get team to fire at the barrier  manually, as I couldn’t scroll through them

 

* Two saves wouldn’t load due to corruption/failed to sync

 

I was fortunate that I never had any ingame crashes or freezes .

 

I did come across one issue two dragons namely the, Hissing wastes - Sandy Howler and Emprise du lion –The Highland Ravager. OMG the sheer lag was abysmal, the music was stuttering I thought the game was going to crash. It took me about an hour and a half to do. Whether its because the disc isn’t installed or the games is trying to render the scenery/background.

 

I finished the game the credits rolled. The epilogue slides were so dark that I had to crank up the brightness.

 

It really feels like they tried to replicate DAO.

 

As for replay value there is not really a reason to play again because I don’t want to have to faf around to get a the herbs materials again including weapons/armour, redoing sidequests exploring every map.

 

It wouldn’t have been a problem if new  game + had been put in where you could keep you level weapons,armour, materials, herbs etc like mass effect.

Personally I would just like to play the bloody thing, like in seeing people's faces and armour and ****... that's just way too much to ask it seems. I'm being *gasp* a horrible drama queen asking for *gasp* decent graphics.

Don't, remember it's not your console, it's bioware. Beside, my upgrade is free, a next gen console is not.
