If you have 2 missions in the same area (close to each other), completing one of them might glitch out the other one. thus unable you to complete it. A way to fix this is to simple save your game and reload that save.
Old gen (PS3 and XBOX360) master thread, Bioware please fix these issues!

Why do I have the feeling that they're going to complete ignore us and instead focus on the PC and next gen versions?

Much like every other fan out there I've been waiting for this game for what feels like an eternity. My older brother recently bought it and basically told me it was very near disappointing. Horrible hair textures (or lack thereof), audio not syncing up, loading screens that take forever, and what he seemed to think were rather underwhelming graphics considering the hype. He's not even out of the Hinterlands yet! I've been lurking and I have yet to see any response from development, but they have no problem getting patches ready for PC users??? I still have a wait ahead of me, getting Inquisition as a gift for Christmas, hopefully some of these issues are resolved by then.

Hinterlands is just full of side quests, he doesn't have to do them all. Just save the priestress and you can continue with your story.

Ah, he's one of those people who can't stand to leave things unfinished, he'll clear the area before he moves on to make sure nothing is overlooked. I'm just hoping when he moves to other areas there aren't as many problems. I think he did briefly leave to get Blackwall and when they fought enemies all of the background sound just stopped. Stuff like that.

Haha, I'm the same way as your brother, I took my time with the Hinterlands aswell.

I dont think they'll ignore 360 and PS3 but there's so many issues its gonna be tough to fix it with just one patch I guess.
They HAVE TO fix the "disk unreadable" error though. Makes it unplayable.

Just had the worst fps drop. It went down to... what.. 2 frame per second? :/ At least I could safely quit the game this time.

Could you guys state what version of console do you have ?(year, GB and slim/non-slim etc.). I'm wondering if the issues are related to different models since disk and digital version of the game both have same issues.
Oh, sorry about that- I have a ps3, super slim version, 500 GB, purchased in 2012-playing the disc version of the game.
I wonder if a series of patches will actually address most of the concerns being raised about gameplay on PC and last gen. At this point I can't return the game for a full refund so I'm thinking of trading in for credit at this point. I'm just dissapointed overall and will probably wait to play it on ps4...
(still, I can't help feeling a little bitter over the whole ordeal.)

So, just for a little experiment I created a new character, rushed it to the Winter Palace... low and behold it froze again.
So, it's looking like it's either my keep, my PS3, or the disk... which looks relatively fine. Unfortunately I'm sure I hit the point where I can't return the game because it's glitched.

i wasted 60 bucks on this last gen version, this game it's actually awesome but its not the same game for last gen, not the same experience im gonna wait and get a ps4 and then buy it when they patch all the versions. I love Bioware and they're attention to the fans and they have made an amazing game but they just should not make a last gen port ever in the future.

Just checking out those awesome waves crashing the Storm Coast, my only complaint no way to take screenshots

I don't know if these bugs have been reported yet for 360 but here they are:
-sometimes, some enemies would become unkillable (that could be fixed by running away from the battle and coming back towards them;
-some creatures might not drop loot after being killed (intentional?);
-in cutscenes, characters would have their lips glued together, sometimes won't even move them when speaking.

EA/Bioware deliberately released an unfinished, barely tested game, it was not a mistake, it was not a random occurrence... it was a deliberate act releasing a fucked up experience on PC and last gen consoles. They fooled me and many others this time, but they lost a future buyer in the process.
Mike Laidlaw is a ****** retard who has never played the PS3 or 360 version ever.
I'm quite angry about whole mess as well but let's not try to get this thread locked, shall we? ^^

So far I'm 34 hours into the game and yes some things are definitely buggy, though I haven't had too much of a problem with it freezing during battles, or anything.
It did freeze 2 times in total since I got the game, and there is this weird thing that happens when I'm in the tactical view and try to forward the battle, the screen sometimes goes black and I can't see what's going on. I don't know if any of you guys have bumped into this bug.
I'm still gonna keep playing though ![]()

Yup, I am getting this too. I don't remember seeing this early on in the game but i never used tactical view much. Also in Forbidden oasis( Elizabeth's Garden), I think I have officially hit the first game breaking bug
. FPS is way to slow to play . Also EA, should consider making DA:I a cross-buy game. There are way more polished ps3 versions of next-gen games, that are cross-buy.

For those who are thinking of returning the game: If you won't get full refund I wouldn't recommend this. Bioware is going to do patches for the game and all new games have some bugs in the beginning (though I doubt having this many and so severe however is normality) so there is chance that you will be able to play your game after sometime. We just don't know how much it will take and what problems they will fix..

It's not an accident the game was released in such an unfinished state. Many people may feel bioware shouldn't get paid or it.

Well the thing is that these poor people are losing money cause in many places they can't get full refund. And the game might play pretty well later on if they just waited for a bit ^^ If someone has unplayable game and can get refund then it's probaply best to get that refund instead of waiting if game will be patched enough.

There are scenes I can't even watch and have to completely skip over. Textures are pretty bad too.
maybe I'll upgrade tomorrow..

Only complaints I have for the 360 version is -
Sped up Conversations at times.
Cutscenes where you have to press "X" to skip them most of the time, because they either are froze up, or couldn't properly play out correctly because of the coding.
Most Graphic pop-ins, along with faces looking like they are from the PS1 era.
Loading times could be done faster if we were able to install the game to the HDD, which could probably fix some of these problems at best, at worst, there wouldn't be much of a change.
And these are just a few that have been said so far in this thread.
