Val Royeux : initial visit there's a dialogue wheel with Cassandra that can't be activated with R3. It goes away as its timed with the scout leaving so its a missed, bugged conversation.
Hinterlands post patch : made a new character and went to corporal vale and his dialogue wheel never showed up. This was using default world state.
Still 2 mosaics bugged.
Random spawn/unspawn of enemies across the entire map still with enemy encampments going poof!
Random peace animals get targeted without attack. Some take random damage. Noted on various maps as red damage.
Very few metal spawns stuck as unharvestable.
A few plants floating above the map. (Storm coast spindleweeds... Black lotus seems to shift lower.)
2 plant seeds not correctly spawning.
Solas elven artifact quest (10 artifacts to complete) not starting properly.
Tutorial codex 16 not unlocking. Not sure what it is.
Demon slaying rune when crafted says master demon slaying rune even though its stats are correct for demon slaying rune.
Dwarf freak in emprise map next to drakon tower... Dwarf male face shifted up, female voice... Creepy.
Skyhold library : first book on the left when entering has no codex but gives XP.
Chantry garden : no tithe? Never see any income from this.
Still clipping issues with leaping shot sending you into a map glitch/respawn at random times due to where you are. (Rocks, wall etc. Its very random but happens 3-4 times in hinterlands.)
Cassandras model in a few instances pre skyhold and post... Her arms are separated from her body slightly.
Think that covers what I've seen on 5 playthroughs.

not necessarily, it could mean they just read the first page then the last page to see how offtopic this thread has gone, incase they need to close it. Or perhaps they just read the last page for the hell of it, choosing to ignore the first 1000 posts.
Now just take a sec to think about it, A bioware employee didn't post anything at all in all this time, but as soon as this thread reached it's 1000th post (which was today), they finally decide to act and post? I do not for a single moment actually believe that they've actually been reading all of our bug/glitch reports.

I would agree that he didn't say much of anything, I'm guessing he came to get people to stop spamming him heh. The only way I see this thread going off the rails would be because of the posting in other threads referencing this one and quote spamming them.

So after 1000 posts all we get is a canned "Stay on topic and post elsewhere. Dev's don't come here to discuss techinical issues"? I think I'm even MORE insulted now.
This thread has been nothing but talk of issues with last gen and the lack of consideration we've received. Definitely on topic. We've been very civil. And the dev's are perfectly happy to discuss issues with PC players.
I feel like I just got the middle finger, and told to sit down and hush. Time for me to get a refund.

Hey Everyone,
This thread is going a little off the rails here so I wanted to pop in and get it back on track. We are following issues reported to us from users on all platforms, and this includes last gen. Patch 2 was focused on stability on all platforms (full patch notes), and are also looking at a number of fixes and improvements for future patches.
If you are experiencing problems, please report them on Answers HQ or tweet them to @dragonage. Unlike the BSN, these channels are geared towards providing troubleshooting and cataloguing issues from users. If you feel there might be an issue with the disc or product itself, you can also file a report here and our customer support personnel will do their best to help you.
If you notice that another user has already filed a similar complaint, don’t be discouraged from adding to their thread. This helps us keep better track of how many players are experiencing an issue and can better help our support staff troubleshoot the root cause.
Please note that the BSN does not offer troubleshooting services (apart from the help other people here kindly offer). Our devs come here on a volunteer basis to interact with fans and share stories with them, rather than to provide official support.
We appreciate your concerns and are working hard to address issues as they arise, but please remember that this forum is not the best place for you to make our staff aware of any problems you may be having.
We have made post in Answers HQ and tweeted them to @dragonage. However no answers from your side at all. Also I know what patch 2 did, however I don't know if BW knows that it didn't fix many of the major problems old gen has. It didn't fix disk unreadable error for 360, it didn't fix corrupted saves, it didn't fix too small texts, it didn't fix texture pop-in's and them not loading. There has been no acknowledgement from your side of these issues, but BW sure has been very vocal acknowledging PC issues and fixing them although old gen has most broken game. Also in both Answers HQ and @dragonage it would be very hard to gather as much information in one thread as it is in here forums.. information that BW could use to fix the game, u know.

Almost 1000 post into this topic and still not a single Bioware employee has posted in here yet. They obviously don't care about the Last gen versions, easier to just accept it now. Just trade your games in everyone, since the game is barely a month old, you should be able to get something decent for it. I'm upgrading to the PS4 and I will get this game for it, especially after playing it on my friends PS4. Even though the PS4 versions still has similar problems as the last gen versions (such as audio problems and walking on air glitch), the game runs A LOT smoother on the PS4 and looks much better. We have to move on eventually from last gen to next gen. This game just looks and performs horribly on the the last gen versions, and it's obvious that it's not something they can fix, The can only fix the glitches and bugs. Even after they fix all the glitches from the game, the last gen version is still gonna be crap.
If you feel like not supporting this game again for the next gen, I completely understand. And some of you haven't even bought or played the copy of your game yet because of all the stuff myself and everybody else posted here, about the bugs and glitches. My advice for you guys is, if you have the game, just play and complete it. I completed it pre patch, and sure I had a lot of problems, but my love for the Dragon Age series kept me going and going until I beat the game. Once you've completed, you'll most likely move on and not be so annoyed at Bioware as you are now. So yeah, stop toturing yourselves, just beat the game and move on. Trying to get their attention on fixing the last gen version is a lost cause.
I see your point ,however I will not move on to 8th gen just because Bioware won't deal with it.I was getting myself an Xbox360 for Christmas along with this game. I will still buy the console anyway and enjoy the huge library of games it has to offer bu no, Bioware won't get any money from me because there is no way in hell I'm buying this for old-gen.I love their games, I respect them but I also respect myself not to be fooled.I guess I'll have to watch a walkthrough on YT and wait a couple of years.
I haven't lost hope yet though.Who knows.
By the way, how many hours did you put into it to finish it?Was it enjoyable as a whole?Or were those problems too distracting?

We give them free entertainment as well as our money now! This is the most shocking treatment of a comminity ive EVER seen. One year ago they would have this crap all over the internet with articles about "the game should never have been released" now next gen is out though suddenly is PERFECTLY FINE to release a unplayable pile of garbage!
Yes,totally.
I tried to look for articles or videos or any sort of old-gen review for this game and I couldn't find none.Only from (rightfully) angry customers on pages like Amazon etc.
If this was released in Nov'2013 back when current-gen was still next-gen...We wouldn't be having problems now.

Well, on the plus side, there's just might be a fix for the unreadable disc error. Someone at the EA help site suggested downloading the English Voice Over Pack to try and help. I've started a new playthrough after doing so and so far I've only had one error during a loading screen in over eight hours of playing. That's a far cry better than getting one within the first fifteen minutes of gameplay.
I'm gonna keep playing and try to not be overly optimistic about this since I've heard of supposed solutions before but hey, it's better than nothing.
Big thanks to Shanklehook on the EA help site for the suggestion and a big thanks for nothing to Bioware and EA for being completely unhelpful with this problem.

Let us know if it works for you, I will add it on possible solutions. Most of those are by fellow players as well BW sure makes hotfixes for PC but doesn't really offer solutions to old gen.

My first playing take me 95h. My second 110h becouse i explore more but not everything. Bioware said that it can take 200h...Watching this game on yt is not a good idea, they play for a story not for unlock everything in game...

I hope that, that means he has read the OP and forwarded the info there about the problems to the BW. All I want is BW to acknowledge the problems and say that they are going to fix them. PR talk is not needed, we just need info that we have been heard and there will be fixes to issues mentioned in the OP (especially the major one's).

Thank you for posting on here. Patch 2 was concerned with stability issues and most people are complaining about texture pop-in, graphical issues etc on this thread. I understand that. However several people on this thread, and other places have stated that Patch 2 doesn't fix the disc unreadable error on the xbox 360. Can you tell me if/when that will be addressed, because there is no point in me rebuying until it is.

I'd like to know if other people were messaging Conal too? How many people does it take messaging devs to get a response? Because if it's just one being mildly persistent, then maybe we should orchestrate a concerted effort that produces more than a response from Bioware that effectively says report to the oxymoron that is EA Help. A couple of days ago I twitter'd at Conal, Laidlaw, Cameron Lee, Dragon Age and Bioware and also messaged Conal on here. That's not a lot of bothering- really want to know how many were doing the same. If no-one else was bothering them at the time about this, then that's a result. If this is going to work we need to set a time and date for us all to message the same people. Can you perhaps organise that Panda?

Idk.. the first reply we got here seemed to be because people stopped being polite and were getting angry. And it was just PR talk with stating all things we already knew. I'm starting to doubt that they will ever address any problems no matter how much we messaged them : /
