Seeing those screwed up faces, brought back the lulz for me. I only saw Cole rocking that face just once, but it was a clear sign to me of the limits of mah ol xbox 360.

This here is going to be the last post I'm making in these forums. I'll keep an eye generally, and stick around here in this thread, but it seems that we are so much water long gone under the bridge and nobody will pay anymore attention. So, I don't see a point to persist about this game really.

Well, for now I'm not so furious. After all, we don't know what will be in the Patch 3 for consoles, even for the old-gen ones! I'm beginning to boil because I read things like "on my third playthrough" or "my fourth character" and I'm stuck at the beginning since november. I have some hope for now but if they miss it, I'll probably get banned instantly because I will totally forget about forum chart, dignity and good language.

Well, I'm not holding my breath. They will cater to the people who can play and shove us totally. Besides, there are people with old gens who are completely happy, so, why would the devs listen to us? Pray tell me that in all earnest. They just discard us as a minority who ****** too loud.

EA have just published a fiscal report showing Inquisition was the most succesful thing Bioware have ever launched... how about taking some of that great pile of gold and refunding some people if patch 3 is a bust? Nope, didn't think so...

I'm pretty sad when I hear how many playthroughs people have already done : < I guess I should just buy the game and hope I get lucky, sigh. I just feel like customers shouldn't have to play gamble when buying new game on will it work or not : /

I wonder how many people will use the sales as "proof" that the game is great. Anybody ever heard of Colonial marines?

All a game needs is good PR to sell, Colonial Marines is living proof that high sales don't mean a game is good. All a game needs to be successful is hype, even if people are disappointed in the game they wont know until they buy it and by the time they realize they don't like it, it's too late to refund.

Yeah, in my frustration I  keep forgetting there are people out there who can actually play the game, this was just the last straw for me. I have been following this thread since the beginning, but have stayed quiet and tried being patient, telling myself "remember Skyrim.. It can't be THAT bad, they will fix it, they have to" but I am beginning to think it IS that bad, maybe worse (Probably not fair comparing Bethesda to BW, but oh well I am angry). The fact that they just seem to be blatantly ignoring us is what really gets my goat, and the Bard songs seem to be a example of that, and not the only one either. "Oh look! Look at the free DLC... Yes now forget about the $80 paperweight you own, we are giving your free stuff!" Maybe they didn't mean for it to come off that way, but that is how I am seeing it.

So no third patch for the old systems yet, ne?  Sure, I just finished all of Origins/Awakening and related DLC, and just started up 2, but at the rate I'm going, I'll have my "canon world" complete before hand.  Even Blizzard isn't this slow.

 

...And if that's not an insult, I don't know what is.

 

Still, I have other games I can enjoy for a while if there aren't any major fixes in yet (and possibly bigger font size.)  I'll just wait a bit if needed.

Nope unfortunately not yet. I actually just finished DAO and Awakenings a few weeks ago and am on DA II Legacy currently so I know what you mean. Haha, no kidding. The ultimate insult.  Yeah, you know I have ME III and have never actually played it. I guess I can go ruin that series for myself. Keep the disappointment level plunging.

ME3 isn't THAT bad, especially since they fixed the ending.  You just need to remember it's the end of a long story, that's all.  Plus it had some pretty smooth combat, even if it was plagued by the "One Button to Rule Them All."

 

Or maybe that was just Multiplayer.  I spent a CRAP ton of time in ME3 multiplayer, don't know why.  It wasn't big, fancy or overly special, but I enjoyed it greatly.  Might actually do the same with DAI's multiplayer if I ever get around to getting Xbox Gold again.

I haven't heard much about DAI multiplayer actually. Does it run smoother than the campaign?
