Where is this ability in SP? I have gotten an increased damage firestorm ring but the ability doesnt exist as far as i can tell...?

Thank you, couldn't think of it and was a bit too lazy to look it up, but there you go, if you're going for a pyro mage that one would be a great specialization to take with it.
