Where do I find the iron bulls book i've looked all around the tavern but cant seem to find it.

I'm curious about that as well. The book wasn't in Val Royeaux either.

The book is on the floor next to the Iron Bull, leaning up against a barrel. If you hit the "search" button when near him it should light up and be easier to find.
