[NWN-Ming-Ming]

I feel like an idiot for asking this...  but I remember finishing the quest "Measuring The Veil" late last night and getting as one of the rewards from it, a Fire Rune.  Now then as of today, I cannot find the rune in the Upgrades section of my Inventory nor can I apply it as an upgrade at any Modify Weapon station.  Was it not a physical item that should be in my inventory?  The game has been pretty stingy with tooltips and descriptions, so I guess I am also asking how the heck do runes work in DAI?  I can't seem to find them and once I do find mine, I am not sure I will know how to apply it?

Ohhh...  well that's disappointing... I was hoping I could upgrade my Staff of the Inquisition, which is already starting to flag behind in terms of power.  Mage upgrades do seem to be few and far between at the lower levels.  Thanks for clearing that up for me though!
