will playing this have any efect in the da game itself? such as bonus items or more side missions, or is it simply a minigame of sorts?

I read somewhere (can't remember where) that the it's recorded in the Keep but does not affect what will happen in Inquisition

Seralt (?) The town Last Court is set in was a War Table operation in my game, I dont know if it expands as the game progresses.

Edit: I had posted before with any minimal spoilers hidden, but I've seen two posts before me that someone said the same and as such I first deleted my post.

 

There is a War Table mission for your agents to do in Serault if you complete The Last Court, that my brother didn't had on his playthrough as he haven't completed it.

It doesn't have any affect yet, that doesn't mean it won't for DLC

I dont think any effect exists, however, there is a crafting item in the game that you can purchase from a merchant in Skyhold thats called "Serault Glass" or something, which I believe is something that references Last Court.
Serault is the location in Last Court and its famous for its glass, but yeah, I dont think anything is effected. I think the glass is just in by default.
