I've managed to get my hands on 2 of the 3 broken philters required for the quest and the last one in Lady Shayla/Shayna? (the area prior to the Hinterlands dragon) isn't showing up. Killed the demon and there's no loot anywhere, gone over the whole area repeatedly spamming my sonar like a malfunctioning submarine and no luck at all.
I also don't have an earlier save... Hope a dev or something can bail me out here, is there perhaps another area to pick up the item? I was checking out the Reaver spec tree and gathered the required items, and somehow I noticed I managed to pick up an infusion primer before I ever entered crescent woods (?) (the locations for the Reaver items).
EDIT: Nvm I went with the Reaver tree, but If anyone is looking for a fix, I actually found the philter off the body of a baddie in a quest elsewhere.
The quest was for aiding Cassandra in finding the seekers, the area was some place called Caer '(whatsamacallit)'
