Can anyone confirm?
I only found 1 agent per inquisition category (you can see Agents listed in the inquisition perk menu), but once I put a point in one of those categories, the "requires 2 points to unlock this" message disappeared for some of the perks.
I think this means that finding agents fast and early lets you unlock the good perks (like focus upgrades, super rare merchant stock, super rare recipes) real quick by skipping the fodder.
Yes agents count as a perk for that specialization.
Btw what perks should we try to get asap. I take it we are limited on the total perks we will get.
I wish you could respec perk points, even more so because of this. I put a point or 2 into random things to unlock what I really want, later I get enough agents that those first few points become wasted.
