I live in Taiwan. Besides being a place where great Chinese food is really cheap, it also means I couldn't pre-order the game from N. America, and so didn't ahve a way to access inferno, terminator or collector goodness.

Will this content be available to order on xbox live?

There are some rumors about it. But I wouldn't hold my breath. It didn't happen with Dragon Age so it is unlikley. But perhaps they are distributing it later through the Cerberus network. Who knows?

Yeah, I really hope so as I'd really like the Collector stuff and I can't see why they'd deny this stuff to the other buyers around the world.

As masterkajo said, the Dragon Age preorder stuff never got released to buy, so it's very unlikely (but still remotely possible, as some people keep insisting) that the ME preorder stuff will either (Terminus/Inferno). However, it's been definitively announced that the Collectors stuff won't be seen outside of the Collectors Edition. Although it's worth noting that the Collectors stuff doesn't require a preorder - if you can find a new copy of the CE anywhere, it should have the code.
