The dragon and the giant have both vanished from where they originally were. Anybody know where they go to?

Giant got killed the dragon is level 19 and is on Dragons Isle. At some point you will get a thing on the war map that costs power and is about red templars at storm cost. Finish the quest and there is a boat (literally right in front of you) and your person says "this is still sea worthy" take the boat to the isle and GL! He's a monster!
