Here's something I don't think I've seen reported yet.

I don't know if this persists through the game, but it at least happens through the first couple of hours.  NPCs in Haven and the Hinterlands keep referring to my Inquisitor as a woman, despite his being male.  These are both nameless NPCs and important named ones like Leliana and Josephine.  Even Scout Harding called the Inquisitor "my Lady" once.  This doesn't seem to affect companions as Cassandra, Varric and Solas all seem to refer to the Inquisitor as male.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Yep, same thing here.

But beside just the simple nuisance, I was wondering if the glitch goes deeper : will it influence the romances for exemple ?

That's a concern of mine, since i'm hoping to romance Cassandra.

I'm hopeful it won't be an issue, since I have heard her refer to the Inquisitor as "he.

There was a long thread about this just after release. As far as I can remember posters agreed that it's only a cosmetic glitch and no one reported it affecting their romance options.

So it is normal to have flirt option dialogue with Cullen with a male inquisitor ?

Wouldn't be an issue if NPCs were PC-sexual.

Hmm, well, I hope it's true, but I just flirted with Sera, and she responded quite positively and referred to my male inquisitor as "Your Ladyship"

Maybe I should put this aside until it's patched...

This issue has been observed and reported before. The solution is to re-create the character (something that may be a large annoyance depending on how far into the game you are).

I have advance to Skyhold now, the bug is very anoying and now I have all the female dialogues (the proof being the lack of voice because with the male voice you do not have the recordings of the female dialogues).

So the question is : will it impact or not on the game ?
