I dunno if it's related, but my female elven inquisitor has her arms "missing" when she is wearing this particular piece of armor.
Does it happen only during character screen or during gameplay/cutscenes too? Most probably she suffers from the glue too.

Maybe they will fix it. For now you can be glad, very much happy even considering most of the unique and special armours fit female elves good or at least far better than elf males. We are waiting the shadows of the Gloom&Doom Mountain and the only ring we hear about is bell noticing us of passing days without a fix.

It may be a bug, but it sounds like it might be a completely missing texture. You may want to run repair on the install just to double-check your installation.

I just remembered DA:I is under EA.. Suddenly all the botched work, bugs, glitches made sense.......... *-*
There has almost not been a game EA released without horrible bug/glitches which destroys the game...

Sure thing. You will get the glued arms anyway. But yes, visual confirmation would be nice. Even Ancient Elven Robes bug during cutscenes.

More i play elf more i notice that their body isn't broken or anything. It's more animation problem, not rig. Yes, they have narrow shoulders and sickly thin arms, girls backward (have you seen their booties from its side???) and fat legs but only thing i am curently worried about is HUGE head 
looks like lollipop. Not sure if animation is goin to be fixed since all characters share same cc animations. Arms-diving-in-body problem caused by charactel model being too small for that kind of animation or male elf skeleton being stretched too much, idk . Still sad, not even sure they gonna fix it now

Oh they are pretty much broken. The way their arms bend is not normal. Even with a skin and bones , it would look much different than it is right now in the game. Not to mention how armours affect it. And then there are glued arms during cinematic. They must fix, there is no other way.

Well, armour and animations have troubles, yes, it should be fixed asap. But i meant actual model while in Skyhold

Yes male elf has weirdly big thighs in relation to torso but this I can accept. Even the big head is passable.
BUT
Look at his arms, how they bend, I literally get shivers from seeing these shoulder fractures. It looks as if lump of flesh was transplanted there to cover it. Is it this new horror game that people were speaking about? Elfin Within?

I appreciate your honesty. Your sin of distraction has been registered in the Panpath Codex.
If what you say is true then this problem has been acknowledged, unless they do not mean male elves specifcally. Considering their skillful avoidance in answering Mister Knot's tweets then all is possible.
Please, find it.
P.S. I hope that glues arms ill be fixed too.

The only armor that doesn't look ridiculous is the starter armor.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but even the starter armour could not escape the mighty pull of cutscenes' glue

Oh, man. I'm getting this game tomorrow and I was looking forward of playing with male elf but seeing this... thing.... it's just sad. He looks like he got wedged between a wall and a garage door. He also looks seriously malnourished. Poor male elfs. I guess I have to go with a human, instead. Too bad. Definitely dampens my excitement somewhat.
