I read sometimes from left to right, but from the bottom to top? it must be at least enochian. old enough. stop derailing the thread. even when someone posts a mod and reference broken-glued arms, you focus on them children boobies. enough is enough.

No, I don't play on console. I think this mod has been posted here already. As far as I know it does not fix glued arms - or maybe broken ones? I would like to get an official fix. Can you use elvhen specific armours with this mod?

Oh, I don't wish you to go, just to stay on topic. With all sympathy I must deny it. You do not appear to be a right breeding subject for me.

I adore to listen about 'fears' coming from someone who adores little boys bodies and baby faces.

No, they don't. Please, listen to Tielis's suggestion and get your eyes checked. Personally I think it is a far bigger problem; warped perception, but eyes are a good start.

Well seeing as I did have something to say before I read your offensive comment, I do have a have a desire to post something on topic. At least I would but I am struggling to see what you're real issue is here, whether it is about the bug which makes the arms look concave at the top in certain armour or whether it is about your personal distaste for a smaller framed figure.

If it is about the latter well then, isn't the whole point about elves meant to be that they are svelte? It is just part of their identity and genetics. If you associate that with being like a little boy I think it says more about you than anything else.

I have to admit to using the mod previously mentioned here, but only the slender version as it gives a body shape similar to Solas' which I have always admired. I would rather play with the default rather than anything more muscular because at least it stays true to the lore of the series and doesn't look ridiculous.

For me this mod hasn't fixed the top of the arm issue, which seems to effect upgrades in a major way, but that can be gotten around by wearing different armour.

I fully expect you to respond to my post in a highly derogative way but I really don't care, just wanted to get my point across.

If you were to read more than the last few pages of this thread then you would know that most of its content is about broken-glued arms. Then little boys bodies adorer came here and focused on some side comments about body size. I would like it to end and stop seeing tumblr like posts about twisted notions.

No, it is not. whimp like elves are a product of DnD. You won't find spineless metrosexual creatures in the Tolkien or in many great other fantasies. Yes, I fully agree that it says volumes about me. As healthy minded person I despise an idea of making elves to look like little boys, malnourished/disorders ridden folk. As much as I loathe their  body frame, I focus on broken-glued arms here exclusively. I won't deny my nod towards all those who see them for what they are: little boys, but it was never my goal to change their bodies(well,  except for shoulders width). About identity and genetics, I answer: Solas. He looks normal unlike candy sticks for deviants we play with.

About your use of mod. You do it wrong. Taken exactly from the mod's description:

Standard Body: This version is modeled to be identical to Solas, meaning, both a wider and thicker frame

.Slender is a wrong way if you want to be  Solas like.

Now, that all is clear and shiny we can go and focus on the main topic under guidance of illuminated master patriarch Lord Surinen the Grey.

I don't really have time to go back more than a few pages of your thread because i've got other things to read.

I was talking solely about elves in da and not about them in general. I don't really want them to be as they are in TLOTR because it would be boring.

Doesn't talking about broken glued arms since November get a little tiresome? Especially as it is not a problem that is likely to be fixed now that the game is a year old and various patches haven't done so. IMO it is far more interesting to talk about the physique.

This is the standard body, which actually made me laugh out loud on reaching skyhold because he looks like a cartoon superhero. Solas does not look like this.

Spoiler
The slender version is far closer. It would've been better for the game's model for the pc to be more Solas'.

I'm sure you have.

Elvhes in DA look different from game to game. Art from DA:O showed them as muscular, DAII alien looking sticks and DAI little boys, except for Solas.

I'm tireless. There is nothing really to talk about their physique past that it is a fanservice for perverts.

Are you sure you did not accidentally install muscular body instead standard? And to be honest, the problem is not with body but head size and baby face.

I think possibly the reason why we don't have Solas' body shape in DAI is due to the fact that they wanted to distinguish him from other elves even if it is in a subtle way.
Spoiler

Yes it is definitely the right version. So if there was a tougher looking character that body would look ok? It would still be wrong. I don't wish to discredit the mod maker's hard work because I think it's a great mod but the standard and larger versions for elves are just wrong.

No. They have made it so they could use him for marketing. He is not the only ancient elf in the game, but he is the only one with proper body.

I think that you underestimate the mod. Look how much wider is Solas.

Ha Ha that's because you've chosen one where he is waving his arms. If I chose an image with my Inquisitor flapping his arms about he would probably look wider. Also your character looks female.

The waist is thinner but the shoulders are the same.

That is not my screenshot. I'm not surprised that you would think that somebody could take flapping withd into account, but no, it is not the case.

AS you see  standard body is pretty much like Solas

You are not seeing things. Your character's body is very much similar to Solas. I think that pixiefiend is using different body or that particular armour is bugged beyond recognition.

I'm using the "slender" version, which is stated to be the same as vanilla but with the shoulder's fixed.

Most certainly my eyes are far from good, but with my magick glasses I can see very well. Standards looks almost exactly like Solas.

Apologies. I did not mean to twist your name.

Well, we can all hope that the DA devs have figured out the Frostbite engine enough to give us unbroken elf arms in the next game, at least.
