No, I don't play on console. I think this mod has been posted here already. As far as I know it does not fix glued arms - or maybe broken ones? I would like to get an official fix. Can you use elvhen specific armours with this mod?

No, they don't. Please, listen to Tielis's suggestion and get your eyes checked. Personally I think it is a far bigger problem; warped perception, but eyes are a good start.

 

 

Well seeing as I did have something to say before I read your offensive comment, I do have a have a desire to post something on topic. At least I would but I am struggling to see what you're real issue is here, whether it is about the bug which makes the arms look concave at the top in certain armour or whether it is about your personal distaste for a smaller framed figure.

 

If it is about the latter well then, isn't the whole point about elves meant to be that they are svelte? It is just part of their identity and genetics. If you associate that with being like a little boy I think it says more about you than anything else.

I have to admit to using the mod previously mentioned here, but only the slender version as it gives a body shape similar to Solas' which I have always admired. I would rather play with the default rather than anything more muscular because at least it stays true to the lore of the series and doesn't look ridiculous.

For me this mod hasn't fixed the top of the arm issue, which seems to effect upgrades in a major way, but that can be gotten around by wearing different armour.

As healthy minded person I despise an idea of making elves to look like little boys, malnourished/disorders ridden folk. As much as I loathe their  body frame, I focus on broken-glued arms here exclusively. I won't deny my nod towards all those who see them for what they are: little boys, but it was never my goal to change their bodies(well,  except for shoulders width). About identity and genetics, I answer: Solas. He looks normal unlike candy sticks for deviants we play with.

No. They have made it so they could use him for marketing. He is not the only ancient elf in the game, but he is the only one with proper body.

Ha Ha that's because you've chosen one where he is waving his arms. If I chose an image with my Inquisitor flapping his arms about he would probably look wider. Also your character looks female.

You are not seeing things. Your character's body is very much similar to Solas. I think that pixiefiend is using different body or that particular armour is bugged beyond recognition.

I haven't played it, so I can't say for sure, but from what I've heard there is nothing that conveys that Sera is anything but an elf from an alienage.  And the lore reason is that when the Veil was raised, it basically split the elves in two, splitting them from magic and the spirit world, weakening their true form.  They are pretty much half of what they should be.  LOL  I guess some zealous character modeler took that literally.

Yes, I've read the theory that Sera is Andruil, but it always sounded really flipping lame to me.  And if anything in Trespasser pointed to that being true, then the forums would have gone up in flames, I imagine.

 

Well, we can all hope that the DA devs have figured out the Frostbite engine enough to give us unbroken elf arms in the next game, at least.
