Ok so I obtained the materials to create the Mercy's Crest for the quest in the Storms bay place but when i go to actually craft it the two pieces move towards each other but then thats it. It won't actually make the item. I tried to see if restarting would work or making another request first both of which did not help. I created the repair boats one. I'm not sure how i can fix this.
