I was looking into upgrading Skyhold, which requires me to find logging stands and quarries. I'd heard you can get an Inquisition Secrets Perk called "Forward Scouts" that marks them, along with other points of interest, on your map for each area. However, it has a requirement: "Capture any Keep". I've finished everything in the Hinterlands, the Storm Coast and the Fallow Mire without finding any such keeps, or I cleared them but didn't complete a required action to capture them.
Can someone who's "Captured any Keep" tell me how to do this? I really want to upgrade Skyhold but don't want to run around for hours searching for logging stands and quarries. The closest I found was "Capturing Caer Bronach", a keep in Crestwood that you need to take back from bandits. Haven't finished it yet, though.
