Good morning

I logged in keep with my origin account , do some states , and press "export to Dai "

when i try to sync in new game -  some cursor blinking and (default state ) - "if you want" ,,sign in blah blah ...

no sync time in keep , no sync in game ....

i tryed everything what described  in troubleshooting section on this forum  ,,try to export different world states, rename them ..etc.. - no result

reinstall origin,  restart pc - no result.. 

my game connecting with dragon age servers properly ,no firewall restrictions

i see "dragon age keep" link in main menu of game...all is working - but not sync (((((

can somebody help ?

Hi absu666 -

 

If you're not seeing the sync time in the Keep, then your world may not be up to date - that would show when you click the export button, until you next make edits to your world.  You can see the timestamp at the bottom of the page accessed with the "globe" icon, on the right-hand side of the Keep.

 

If that doesn't work, you can try to PM me the email used for your Origin account, and we could try to do more investigation on this end.
