I just started the game and imported my World State from the Keep. These are two of the options I wasn't 100% sure of (even after checking journal and epilogue and such), so I'm just wondering what the consequences are for them. Do they appear in the game? Are there significant sidequests related to them?

Bella and Bevin are mentioned in the epilogue of Dragon Age Origins if that's what you mean. As for Inquisition, I haven't seen or heard of anything yet.
