I cannot find it anywhere, tried to bookstore in Orlais and the tavern where the Iron bull sits, its nowhere to be found.

Ok so I actually had the book, but for some reason it was not showing up anywhere, I did the requisition for the blood and it worked. No idea how that happened, its definitely a bug of some sort, but problem solved.

I had 1 Book already when i started the quest, no clue how, maybe you pick it up accidentally somehow.
No clue what i have to do for "Gather materials to infuse blood" though.
