While there is a great amount of people busily discussing the pros/cons of the game, how about injecting some great moments from those who are having a great time with the game and may have a funny, or just plain fun, moment they want to share. No spoilers of course, but I am sure there are more than a few good stories out there.
The first funny moment I ran into was the first time I stumbled upon a dragon. After watching it fly through the air a few times and marveling at the detail and thrill it was to see a dragon circling it's territory, I decided to play it safe and send one of the characters out into the fray - just as a test. Seeing a Cassandra was the best suited in both combat and defense to stand any kind of chance, I used the tactical option and sent her out into the open as a test subject. (Something she has never commented on, but I secretly think she holds a grudge towards my character for doing so.) She gets about 20 feet into the area, the dragon lands near her, and I hear Varric say "Oh $#!+, Cassandra!" just as the red skull pops up on the screen.
The dragon turned and looked at the rest of my party, as if to say "Sup!?" I turned and went the other direction. Somehow, Cassandra regained consciousness and rejoined to rest of the party a little further down the road, but I am sure she is waiting for the opportune moment to "accidentally" slash my character along the achillies tendon and laugh maniacally as she leaves me to the slaughter.
You know, just to make us even.
