Probably a bug I can't bloody figure out how to fix. The quest marker isn't in the spot it should be because it wasn't there originally. Looked up a video to see where the guy was and he's not where the video says he should be. Magically teleported somewhere else? Even though he's not in the spot where the quest marker is showing either
