So, at the end of the Templar quest, I had a little problem with the envy demon (playing on hard, BTW.). Had a party of Vivienne, Bull, Cass, and dual wielding rogue. (Not a great party for this battle, but I couldn't find a way to switch out party members.).

On my 3rd try, all out of potions, and my party wiped except for Cass, and with the demon at about 5K HP, I revived Cole, then ran and hid while Cole did damage. When Cole got killed, revived him, lathered, rinsed, and repeated.

This was pretty much akin to kiting the Arishok, but it did the job.

For anyone else stuck with an underleved party w/o many ranged fighters, this may be an option for you.
