Like many, I was having some difficulty accessing the game soundtrack after purchasing the Digital Deluxe version of the game for my PS4. I'm not sure if BioWare finally ironed things out, or I just hit it at the right time, but it's downloading for me as I type.

You may have to log out then log back in to Origin in order for it to register properly. Also, make certain you've already logged into the game.
