Thought it might be a fun thing to compile  

 

My inquisitor's most memorable death was her first. There is a dragon in the NE part of the Hinterlands, and I stumbled upon it. Before I knew what was happening, I got burned to a crisp

I decided to do some grinding in the Hinterlands and thought it would be a good idea to try and close all the rifts. A Rage demon ended up popping out of one of the Rifts and I was under-leveled so i suffered a Total Party Kill

Oh, yes. I think I died three times before I finally decided to come back later. I got so used to playing Skyrim, that I forgot encounters were levelled in DA:I
