Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't seem to see how to shoot a bow while moving in tactical camera mode - if you're attacking and tell the character to move, it stops attacking. If you're moving and order the character to attack, they stop moving. Given that being mobile while attacking (albeit moving at reduced speed) is one of the advantages of archery, to the point where there's an ability to improve it, this seems like a slight oversight...

You can't. I don't see the use of it either. I'm using archer, and when in tacticam I will issue commands, and have my archer either on attack, move or abilities and use R2 to slow forward the action, or I'll just close it after my orders and resume my archer manually.
What I'd like though, is the ability to move and then stack an action, like caltrops. A kind of queue after moving.
