Charging Bull

I think maybe this is a toggle mode you turn on and off to stop the charge but the ai runs the full duration. In my last fight she ran right off a cliff and trust me she was not even remotely close to the cliff when she began the charge.
DA2 had a similar skill where you would charge forward and knock down an enemy as a gap closer but you would stop at your target. Now, you just choose a direction and run off into the sunset.
What am I doing wrong here?

It's a skill you have to babysit - i.e. control yourself.
The advantage of it is that you can keep going and actually hit the same enemy multiple times, but the AI doesn't know when to stop.

So I guess I should just disable that skill in the behavior settings since she is not capable of using it properly? Seems like a waste of a skill point.

It's definitely a great skill to open up an engagement with if you're facing enemies that are grouped together, but it can be finicky sometimes, even when you are actively controlling the character using it.

mostly I've found it amusing to watch, rather than it being too effective.
I can almost hear her crying out Wooo hoooo as she blitzs past an enemy.

What am I doing wrong? I activate charging bull for Cassandra and she shoots forward knocking down enemies as she should but keeps on going way past the enemies and then has to turn around and run back.

Another bioware mistake. Clearly they didn't think this one through or a lot of things through.
