On my war table there's a "Present for Bianca" quest. It appears as "in progress", but there's no timer. Any idea how to solve it? Or maybe it's a bug?

I think it's the Hard in Hightown questline. Maybe it'll finish when we finish that

Getting the same problem too.

Same problem. Says it's in progress from Leliana with no time to complete, while Leliana is off on another mission.

Ditto everything he said.

Same here. It's already "in progress with Leliana", even though I didn't assign her to it. There is no timer and the quest is simply not completing.

I've got the same issue, also on PC. Has anyone figured out a way around it? Does it just go away after a while?

I Have this too on Xbone :(

At least we can still use Leliana for ops and still upgrade Bianca!

On PS3 and she's stuck for me as well. Couldn't even remember putting her on that mission (though I did remember unlocking it), and for awhile there were two Leliana cards for me running around which raised my eyebrows a bit but kept putting her on other missions.

Now I can't put her on anything else at all. I was wondering if I have to do a specific story mission quest, but I have no clue. Really annoying since I want to put her on stuff, but can't.  :(

I've unfortunately hit this bug as well, PS4. I definitely didn't previously accept the quest, it just showed up as 'in progress'.

Xathos: are you sure she's stuck from all quests, or is it just quests left that she can't be a part of? Seems like the more quests that get unlocked, the more must be done with a specific person. So far, at least on my end, I've been able to use her in other missions (where possible).

My completionist nature is really hoping Bioware is aware of this and will patch it :(

Started the game back up today, and apparently she was on a quest for the Qunari. I spent like 10 minutes on the war table but still didn't even see that she was on that one. Maybe she was stuck in Limbo after I did Bull's companion quest. I'm able to use her again now. Was driving me crazy. A goof on my part.

Card still stuck on Bianca, but I can now send her places!

I'm starting to think its not a bug. If you look carefully he asks her to keep an eye out for anything useful. Started up another game and never took the quest and my vendors don't sell upgrades for varric now. So this quest could be a permanent thing to allow us to purchase upgrades for Bianca

This gives me a bit of hope, that being said if that's true, talk about completely non-intuitive from a usability perspective o_o

Surely someone who has finished the game, or a dev, can give us some insight on this issue?

This appeared for me when I chose a perk.  Not sure which one it was but was choosing differnt perks with different saves and one sent her on this mission,

Having the same issue, has anything come up on this yet?

I've read that it's tied to using the "scout range" perk for the inquisition.

Does anyone know if the quest "unlocks" itself once you've got the quest naturally, or are you just unable to take that perk until you get and complete the quest naturally? I have a save right before it happened, so I'm just gonna skip that perk and get back to you guys later on what I discover.

Any clue how late into the game it is for that quest to show up? Somebody said it's tied to the "Hard in Hightown" questline.

At least for me, I got 'locked' into that quest automatically before getting the forward scouts perk (having this bug didn't stop me from getting the perk, though, and hasn't stopped me from anything else so far). If I remember correctly it was before Skyhold as well. not sure about when it showed up compared with Hard in Hightown, though
