Hmm, my Qunari mage has several styles of armor he can wear, and all of them show up just fine. Colors, of course depend on the materials I use to craft them. So, with mages, I don't see the bug unless it's simply that there are no Qunari ONLY armors.

So, according this information patch 5 will fix only Inquisition Battlemage armor. But who knows, maybe Biowre wil fix other armor bugs of Qunari.
