There is a major issue with random crashes with Xbox One

Sometimes, it will not only corrupt your Dragon Age save but EVERY SINGLE LOCAL GAME SAVE!

Example: Child of Light and Dragon age would start to menu, then freeze at the menu (it trying to determine whether there is a game save or not)

After i had a small heart attack i found a solution for those who are in need.

FIRST! This will probably only work if you allow your saves to be Backed up to cloud (is there vene a way to turn this off?)

Anyways.. Cloud backs up all your local save games to.. the cloud

If you go to settings, system and then clear local saved games. it will fix the issue

After this you can go to your other games, and it will SYNC with the cloud to receive your game files (it restored my child of light perfectly, dragon age restored as well, but because my game wasnt fully downloaded( (((reinstalling))) i couldnt jump in and see if it blew up, but it looks good.)

Hope this helps

I can confirm this method works on a lot of games.

You don't even have to go to Settings. You can clear the local game files for any individual game through My Games & Apps.

True, but in my case, my files vanished, i couldnt access them until i cleared the local files and then re synced per game.

Sadly, this does not work for me or many others. The main "profile" save can become corrupt. That file stores a list of all compatible game saves you ever make for DAI. If it's not on the "list," it won't be detected.

The way that EA manages game save set-up in their games is pitiful, by using an RNG system to generate the master save file list each time it is created. It wasn't that big of a deal back on the PS3 or Xbox 360 since you could use 3rd party software like Horizon to resync a save file to any profile or console (remember how each time the file was randomly named? Most hames use a static file naming system tied to a profile save).

This was a problem last year with BF4. It was a problem in Madden last yeat. It's a problem in FIFA and Madden this year. It's ridiculous.

Must.
Be.
Fixed.

We've gotten absolutely ZERO response from any dev/EA support on the official EA help forums since launch. People have been bumping the same topics for weeks.

Freaking BS!!! I played the lame as Sh!t opening 3 different times that takes an hour of wack ass graphics mixed with decent graphics, incredibly stupid battle sequences, terrible fighting controls/character composition, and after all of that. ALL GAMES SAVES CORRUPT! You can't pay me to play that opening again. I tried deleting the local files too and nothing worked. Oh did i mention that I even deleted the whole game, reinstalled before my third try and still the same thing after the first time I died. F^CKING LAME. I was hoping it would be halfway as good as Skyrim. I normally wouldn't care enough to create an account on a forum just to complain but it was more than a pain in the ass for me convincing my wife I was buying it and after the first hour I was ready to toss it.

Hoping Shadows of Mordor has ZERO similarities.

Go back to making 2D directional games and maybe you won't F^CK it up. The details in the face is the only thing impressive by this game. The rest is garbage.

Damn I hate this game now, I really wanted to like it too after I heard how long it was.
